Hi there! I'm Hye-Min, a Korean-American ceramic artist and teacher in the SF Bay Area.
After quitting my corporate job and moving out to the Midwest at the start of the pandemic so my husband could start med school, I took my first wheelthrowing class and immediately fell in love with it. I joined a local studio, and after a few months of devoted practice and a handful of Instagram commission requests, I decided to start my own business.
I enjoy experimenting with different techniques to craft simple, elegant, and modern designs inspired by my Korean heritage. I seek to honor how we are sustained by our everyday rituals, from drinking coffee to sharing meals with loved ones.
