Shipping Info
- As soon as your order/payment is received, your items will be packaged and shipped via USPS/UPS within 3-8 business days. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from me with a tracking number.
- Shipping ceramics can be expensive, as ceramics can be heavy and require lots of extra padding and buffer space within the packaging to be delivered safely to you.
- I try my best to reuse packaging materials whenever possible. Please excuse the miscellaneous boxes and packing materials, and please consider reusing or recycling these materials yourself as well!
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the handmade nature of my products, all sales are final and there are no refunds/exchanges.
- Please make sure to double check your shipping address, as I am not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect/undeliverable address. If the package is "returned to sender", you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-ship your package to the corrected address.
- OHMK Design is not responsible for any delay in transit or damaged products once your order is dropped off at USPS. In the rare case of your item arriving damaged due to courier mishandling, please contact me directly within 48 hours or receipt and send me photos of your damaged item/box/packing materials.
- It is the customer's responsibility to file an insurance claim to USPS to receive a full refund with shipping costs. Please keep all items (ceramics, box, packing materials), as you may need to provide them as proof of damage. If you discard these items, I reserve the right to deny any refunds.
